Your appointments are important to us and reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, so we respectfully ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a charge of 50% of the service(s) booked. No-shows may be charged in full.
